Meet Sharon McCarthy

I would say it began over 30 years ago. My children were very young and we had just survived a traumatizing house fire.

It all crept up on me. The small moments of anxiety led to full blown panic attacks and an overwhelming daily sense of fear, eventually becoming housebound for over three years. The emotional and physical symptoms of agoraphobia had it’s grip and kept me paralyzed.

In that time, I began questioning everyone and everything in my life and that questioning is what I credit for my recovery.

While my journey began using the traditional recovery system practices, I found that they were temporary at best, never understanding the cause in order to get to the root of the problem –THE MYSTERY OF THE NOT KNOWING.

I discovered a better way to overcome agoraphobia and it’s related fears–by facing and flowing through, not fighting or resisting, as I explain in my videos and blogs.

A way to no longer be a Victim, but a Victor!

A way to step through your fears, recognizing and releasing them, rather than reliving them, which traditional counseling prescribes along with drugs.

A way to ultimately find healing and joy in acceptance and letting go. With determination, persistence and intention, fear and anxiety eventually abate, and will no longer be an issue.

A way to step out drug free with integrity.

By understanding our body soul connection through energy and neuroscience, one is able to recognize the trigger, thank it for it’s wisdom, and release it, rather than reliving the story over and over. Freeing ourselves from this mental loop by shifting thoughts in a different direction allows us to acknowledge but not hang on to anything keeping us stuck.

In our work together, we will explore various modalities employed by energy healers, neuroscientists, and teachers such as meditation, prayer, breath work, acupuncture, massage, reike, tai chi, yoga, sound healing, and other modalities.

  • These are exciting times! Over the past decade, we have discovered and learned so much about the body/mind connection.

    Neuroscience, the study of the brain, and energy work for health and well being, founded in ancient modalities, are now recognized for healing that are simple as well as profound.

    Science and spirituality are finally beginning to merge and become accepted together as a powerful solution to agoraphobia and other anxiety conditions.

  • Everyone is different, therefore we will explore various modalities used by both energy healers, neuroscientists, and teachers to find the right solutions for you.

    For example, some struggle with meditation at first. Sound healing can be an effective bridge to aid in becoming more relaxed in meditation.

    The primary modalities include tapping meditation, visualizations, prayer, breath work, acupuncture, massage, sound healing, rieke, tai chi, and others.

  • Recovery is a process of discovery. I meet you where you are at. Your progress depends on you and your comfort level for change.

    As we work together, you will know the time that is needed for you.
